Event Description
Opera Colorado’s coveted Young Artist Program brings their Opera on Tour production of Gaetano Donizetti’s The Elixir of Love to the Dairy stage! A charming romantic comedy in the Italian bel canto tradition, Young Nemorino is tricked by a greedy salesman into purchasing bottles of wine that he believes are love potions. Will his adored Adina ultimately admit she, too, is in love?
Set in the old-west of Colorado, come enjoy this popular, sweet and charming Italian opera unfolding in our very own home town!
