Balsman Photography is Proud to Exhibit “Portraits in Oil” by Gaynor Cooke Nelson

Balsman Photography will feature its first gallery exhibit from 8 to 9 p.m. on Friday, February 13th at its studio in downtown Longmont, Colorado. We are delighted to be able to showcase the exhibit “Portraits in Oil” by Gaynor Cooke Nelson. We invite the general public to attend this incredible exhibit of fine art oil portraits. The artist will be on hand to answer questions and introduce her works.

Gaynor Cooke Nelson is a classical painter in oil. She began her studies under the direction of master colorist Nance Honea. Gaynor is a founding member of the Portrait Society of America, a Member of Merit of the Portrait Society of Altanta and a founding member of the Portrait Alliance of the Rockies. Gaynor’s work, primarily of portraits, still life and landscapes, is proudly displayed in public and private collections throughout the United States.Gaynor resides in Longmont, Colorado.

We welcome one and all to share in this wonderful opportunity to view and experience this fine collection of Gaynor Cooke Nelson’s oil paintings. Her work embodies the spirit, beauty and character of her subjects in ways seldom seen in hand-created portraits.

Refreshments will be served. The studio is located at 612 Kimbark Street, just East of Main Street in downtown Longmont.
