Cardio Fitness Challenge / February 19-25th

The Lafayette Recreation Center, in partnership with The Heart Truth - a national awareness campaign warning women about their risk of heart disease, is conducting a week long Cardio Fitness Challenge.  After every heart-healthy fitness class you attend at Bob L. Burger Recreation Center for during the week of February 19-25th, register for great prize giveaways.  Enter up to 5 times.  Qualifying classes are listed at the front desk and on our February Class Schedule.
