Community Food Share

Twenty-four corporations recently participated in Community Food Share's 20th annual "Compete to Beat Hunger" Corporate Challenge from May 5 to 20, 2015. Total collected is $410,000 and 60,000 pounds of food. The competition will provide 1.2 million meals to those in need in Boulder and Broomfield counties.

The companies were A&W Water Service/Northern Plains Trucking, Ball Aerospace, Ball Corp., Brocade Communications, CableLabs, Cardinal Peak, Corden Pharma Colorado, Encision, KBI Biopharma, Key Equipment Finance, Markit Group, McKesson, Medtronic, Micro Motion, Next Foods, PANalytical Boulder, PS Technology, Re/Max of Boulder, Rosemount DP Flow, Safe Systems, ServPro of Greater Boulder, Sierra Nevada Corp., Sterling-Rice Group, The Hain Celestial Group, and WhiteWave Foods Co.

Awards were presented based on dollars raised and food collected. The top five winners were: WhiteWave, Ball Corp., CableLabs Brocade and ServPro. Top five winners for points per employee were NextFoods, WhiteWave, CableLabs, ServPro and PANalytical.
