LFD swore in new firefighters

On Sept. 30, the Longmont Fire Department swore in the two newest firefighters at a ceremony held at Station 1. Jerrod Vanlandingham (left) swore in Brian Bello (middle) and Jamey Martin (right) who both come to Longmont with previous firefighting experience. After a few weeks of orientation, they will come online to begin their probationary year. Their families were in attendance to pin their badges after they took their oath. The Longmont Fire Department welcomes them both to the Longmont Fire family.
