Longmont Grocery Program Has New Order Number

In order to expand CareConnect's Carry-Out Caravan weekly grocery shopping and
delivery service in Longmont, we have a new order phone number!

Live in Longmont and want to place a grocery order? Please call 303-241-4426 starting Tuesday, August 31.

Orders for Longmont Carry-Out Caravan can be placed on Tuesday, 12-4pm and
Wednesday, 8-11am. Groceries are delivered to your home by volunteers on
Wednesdays each week.

If you or someone you know uses the Longmont Carry-Out program, or would like to enroll, please make sure to make note of this

Carry-Out Caravan is available for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Boulder County. Each week friendly volunteers take your grocery order over the phone, shop for and deliver your groceries! You are responsible for the price of the groceries, but the service is free of charge!
