Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra with Special Guest Denis DiBlasio at Dazzle Jazz Club

Enjoy an amazing night of high energy music in an intimate setting featuring one of jazz music’s most talented performers! Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra performs June 29^th at 7:00pm at Dazzle Jazz Club with extraordinary baritone saxophonist and flutist Denis DiBlasio. 

Denis will perform at this dynamic big band jazz concert many of the arrangements he wrote for Maynard Ferguson as his Music Director.  Denis now directs the jazz program at Rowan University in New Jersey and is also the Executive Director of The Maynard Ferguson Institute of Jazz at Rowan.

The Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra is well known in the Denver area for their diverse and exciting repertoire of big band jazz.  MJO performs the classic sounds of the swing era as well as contemporary cutting edge jazz arrangements. They also feature two vocalists performing tunes made famous by Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble, Ella Fitzgerald, and Harry Connick, Jr.

Tickets for this one night only performance are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.

Dazzle Jazz Club is located at 930 Lincoln Street in Denver.  Doors open at 6:00pm for general seating.  Come early and enjoy dinner, snacks, or a drink before or during the show.
