Moving to Lamar - looking for room to rent

I recently have taken a job with the 15th Judicial District in Lamar. I will not move my family out until December. I will be looking for a room to rent in the meanwhile. I can pay up to $400, maybe more for the right place. I will also be looking for a house to rent. We are a family of five with no pets and need a three or four bedroom.
