Rental Home Needed in Lamar or Surrounding Area!

We are a professional couple with 2 kids and 1 dog relocating to Lamar. We are looking for a good rental home in the area. The home must have at least 3 bedrooms and a garage. Would prefer additional storage space ie basement or extra bedroom. We have good references and understand the need for quality renters, as we own a rental home ourselves(in IA). Would like to move in on or shortly before August 1st. Thanks! :)
