Sprinkler Blow Outs, often forgoten, leads to costly repairs.
I've been providing sprinkler system repairs and service for 12 years now in the Boulder area and the one thing I continue to struggle with is how best to inform the public the value of preventative service for Sprinkler System Winterizing.
My price for this service has not increase in the last 10 years. Priced at $35.00 for up to 6 zones in a system (and priced accordingly for larger systems), this service is a value when you think that repairs due to broken pipes from a early season freeze can cost from $120.00 to $300.00 depending on the extent of the damage. (and this is if the broken pipes alone need repair. When water damages are included....the cost of repairs increases dramatically).
As a local service provider...I prefer to build my relationships with clients by providing information preventative services to keep the costs involved reasonable.
I am happy with the living I make and my business style when I know that I offer services to homeowners in the community and also can share my approach as their teammate in keeping their property maintained economically.
