"The Celtic Experience" with Rocky Mountain Brassworks

Rocky Mountain Brassworks is proud to perform “The Celtic Experience” with their special guests Centennial State Pipes and Drum, on Friday, March 25^th at 7:30pm in the Broomfield Auditorium.  This concert was sold out last year and enthusiastically embraced by the audience – be sure to purchase your tickets for this year’s performance soon.

The band will play the powerful and renowned “Strathcarron” and “Gaelforce,” made popular in Michael Flatley’s Riverdance.  Other audience favorites include “Spirit of the Celts” and the sweet and melodic “Simple Gifts.”  Rocky Mountain Brassworks will again be joined on stage by Denver’s own Centennial State Pipes and Drum, awell-known and popular bagpipe corps. 

Music Director Doug Harris began planning for this concert soon after the sold-out and phenomenally successful concert a year ago.  “Don’t miss the trombone section’s spirited “The Irish Washer Woman” commented Doug, “And the audience will also really enjoy the evocative and emotional brass arrangement of “Highland Cathedral” accompanied by bagpipes.  Tickets are sure to sell quickly for this performance.”

The Broomfield Auditorium is located at 3 Community Park Road in Broomfield, just north of 120^th Avenue between Main and Lamar streets.  The box office opens at 6:30pm and the doors open at 7:00pm.  All seats are general admission. Rocky Mountain Brassworks is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization that has performed in the Denver area for more than 30 years.  The band has developed a strong working relationship with several local schools and supports their music programs through free performances.
