Denver Drug-Free World Group Helps Northern Colorado Learn the Truth About Drug Use and Abuse

The Denver chapter of the Drug-Free World Foundation travelled for the second year to the Northern Colorado (NOCO) Emergency Preparedness and Family Safety Expo.  The Drug-Free World mission is to everyone—kids and adults—learn the truth about drug use and abuse so they can make the better choice and not take drugs.

Runners Make a Drug Free Pledge at the Frank Shorter 5K RACE4 Kids’ Health

Thousands of runners of all ages participated in the Frank Shorter 5K RACE4Kids’ Health Sunday, and the Foundation for a Drug-Free World was there to cheer them on.

The Foundation has participated in the annual race for the past three years to help parents and kids understand what drugs do so they can make better decisions about them.

Scientology Volunteer Ministers Offer Life Skills to Boulder Creek Festival Goers

The Scientology Volunteer Ministers (VM) Cavalcade made an appearance at the annual Boulder Creek Festival over Memorial Day weekend.

Volunteer ministers offered their standard “nerve assists” to the crowd, an “action undertaken to help a person confront physical difficulties,” according to the book by L. Ron Hubbard, Assists for Illness and Injuries (one of the many VM booklets that outline solutions for everyday living.)
