Where: REI BoulderLaunch into fall with a rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit. The clinic will guide you towards identifying, achieving and living your personal goals with specific tools for integrating outdoor activities to enrich your process. Taught by Jody Radtke, program director of The Women's Wilderness Institute, a local nonprofit that offers high quality outdoor adventures and trips for women and teen girls, this clinic is excellent preparation for TWWI’s fall Yoga (Sept. 10-14) and Writing (Sept. 24-28) retreats. www.womenswilderness.org.What: Fall Bike Tune-Up for Women with Heather SzaboWhen: 10/6/08

We’ll also talk about where to ride locally to extend the fall biking season and how to store your bike over the winter so it’s ready to roll for that first spring ride.
