NIcole Haas, PT, DPT, OCS: Staying on the Right Track: Current Concepts in the Care and Prevention of Running Injuries

Running pain-free can be an ongoing challenge for runners, and can also be a challenge for physicians, physical therapists, trainers, and coaches when working with runners. Nicole Haas is a physical therapist at Alta Physical Therapy & Pilates who spends a large amount of time and effort sorting through the research and evidence in order to help runners enjoy mile after mile while avoiding injuries. Alta is pleased to announce that she will be speaking on the topic at the American Physical Therapy Association's annual conference in San Diego this year. "Staying on the Right Track: Current Concepts in the Care and Prevention of Running Injuries" will focus on teaching physical therapists how to incorporate the best evidence in to practice to keep their runners injury-free.
