The Academy

The Academy is a unique locally owned retirement community in Boulder. The Academy is mostly Independent Living with 33 apartments and 9 bungalows all located a couple blocks from Chautauqua. The Academy also has 10 Assisted Living suites that are completely integrated with our Independent community.We also have a community for Alzheimer's and dementia called The Academy at Bella Vista. The Academy at Bella Vista truly brings adult children, caregivers or spouses to tears when they walk into our home setting that is special in every way.
