Team Left Hand won't stop till there's a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. After breaking the $1 million mark in funds raised, the community team led by Left Hand Brewing Co. continues their advocacy for MS, the autoimmune disorder of the central nervous system. In their eighth year of riding, Team Left Hand has expanded their team to 355 riders participating in four national Bike MS rides in Colorado, North Carolina/South Carolina, Florida, and Ohio.

TLH riders geared up for their first 150 miles at Bike MS: Colorado 2015, presented By Point B, pedaling from Westminster to Fort Collins and back on June 27 and 28. Founded in 2008, the 355 rider team is comprised of community members including 27 brewery employees who volunteer their time and effort to help the National MS Society fund research, advocate for change, and help people living with MS. The team's success over the years has allowed it to expand beyond Colorado to North Carolina/South Carolina, Florida, and with their first year riding in Ohio joining Century Cycles.

To date, Team Left Hand raised over $1.2 million for Multiple Sclerosis. The team's inspiration lies in the friends and family afflicted by Multiple Sclerosis, motivating each member to work towards their personal goal of raising at least $1000 a year.

"I have seven friends and 33 greater connections whose lives are impacted by MS," reflects Team Captain, Chris Lennert. "What greater reason do I need to be involved?" As TLH continues their commitment to help fund the cure for this unpredictable, disabling disease, they aspire to grow to ten nationwide rides raising half a million annually, encouraging awareness and participation from the community. "Everyone has a connection to MS, they just might not know it - a friend, a co-worker, a relative. MS is not something you can easily spot on the surface." continues Lennert.

Following their Colorado ride, Team Left Hand will continue on to Bike MS: Buckeye Breakaway 2015, Bike MS: PGA TOUR Cycle to the Shore, and Bike MS: Breakaway to the Beach, taking the team's mission to crush MS from the Rockies to sandy shores.
