- The Men's Leadership Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring authentic manhood. We encourage and support soulful living in the service of a just, joyful, and sustainable world. We are devoted to supporting men at all of their transition points, what we call thresholds, passages, or gateways. Our programs are numerous, and are meant to address the needs of men at important crossroads along their journey.
We deeply believe in this work, just as we deeply believe in the beauty and inherent gift that is every man's life. The Men's Leadership Alliance represents a commitment to making deep soul work available to any man who wants it. Ultimately, we seek to inspire men to live authentically while in service to themselves, their families, their communities and the world; redefining manhood for themselves and for those whose lives they touch.
Risk with us the commitment to a path of heart and meaning. Let us walk together into the mysteries of the dark and disowned parts of ourselves. Travel the circle to a place of blessed sovereignty, in which all the talents, all the flaws, all the old failures and victories are cultivated and refined to the sweetness of our one true life. We hold a vision of authentic manhood. The cultural motif of modern manhood strikes us as shallow. So often, emptiness results from a life lived in service of superficial manhood devoted to competitive achievement, sexual conquest, empty, escapist pleasures and spiritual poverty.
