 ll perform a wide variety of music from secular and spiritual sources 
 and engage us in expressing with our own voices through simple sing-al
 ong adventures. Come and experience vibrant joy coursing through belly

 r eyes and an upwelling of nobleness of spirit. Shine light on and exp

  a magical musician. The event is free.\nBiography. Karen has been bli
 nd since birth, which has enabled her to take to music with a natural 
 passion that has matured into exceptional artistry. She recorded her f
 irst song at age 15 and has sung professionally since then. She earned
  a degree in Music Performance, and had a long career singing in local
  nightclubs, jazz clubs, and other venues. She has performed with the 
 Colorado Symphony Orchestra and recorded for ABC Dunhill Records. As s
 he matured and worked her way through a variety of spiritual tradition
 s, she realized that she wanted her music to be more than toe-tapping 
 melodies and fun riffs, to be an experience that uplifts the spirit an
 d brings deeper meaning. She evolved to use music as a tool for taking
  care of each other and finding a better way to live. She is now the m
 usical director at the Center for Spiritual Living Boulder Valley, wee
 kly bringing tears of sweet sadness, joy, and beauty to her congregati
