 and hosted by YWCA Boulder County, Dancing with Boulder Stars is an an
 nual event to celebrate and help fund the YWCA’s mission to empower 
 women and eliminate racism. The evening brings together members of th
 e community by recruiting local celebrities to train with professional
  dance coaches in teams of two and then compete with one another in fr
 ont of judges and a live audience. Dance routines and styles are extre
 mely diverse and entertaining. Audience members vote for their favorit
 e teams via donations, which benefit YWCA Boulder County. Teams also h
 ave the opportunity to compete for and receive votes in advance of the
