 llection. The artist, Victoria Ross Patty and several Cultural Arts Co
 mmission and Public Art Committee members will be in attendance.    \
 "Lady in Waiting\" was purchased with a generous grant from ARTS!Lafay
 ette and is on loan to the Arts Hub from the City of Lafayette.  \"We
  enjoy creative collaborations and installing 'Lady in Waiting' at the
  new Arts Hub seemed like a great way for the city to welcome the Art 
 Underground's new facility here in Lafayette,\" said Public Art Commit
 tee Chairperson Alan Crandall.  The 10:30 a.m. dedication just one par
 t of the new Arts Hub's Grand Opening celebration that will begin at 1
