DESCRIPTION:Lafayette Cultural Resources is proud to present the 4th a
 nnual See & Respond! Art Show and Art on the Street Meet the Artists R
 eception at the Lafayette Public Library October 14, 6:00 – 9:00 pm.
  Art on the Street sculptors will be honored at the event. The event w
 ill also be the opening of the See & Respond! Art Show, where local ar
 tists and poets were invited to respond to the 2016 Art on the Street 
 sculptures. Prizes will be awarded in multiple categories and the winn
 er of the Art on the Street, Jean Mellblom People’s Choice Award wil
 l be announced.   Tickets cost $10 for adults; $5 for Teens (13 - 20),
  and free for children 12 and under. There will live music, savory app
 etizers and sweet desserts from Lafayette restaurants, a poetry readin
 g and awards ceremony. Adult tickets include one beer or wine. Additio
 nal beer and wine are available for purchase. You may RSVP to arts@cit
