 We will start slow and low to the ground and expand to full-body, full
 -kinesphere, full-pleasure movements before returning to a more intern
 al place. This offering comprises follow-along moments, movement promp
 ts, and guided improvisation. We will connect to breath and rhythm. We
  will access our watery, animal, soft, strong, playful, whole selves.\
 nWith roots in contemporary dance, gaga, release technique, and feel-g
 ood-dance-like-no-one-is-watching, this class is accessible to everyon
 e, and no previous \"dance\" experience is required. We will invite ge
 nerosity and curiosity towards ourselves and others. We will be in our
