 ow with be accompanied by a local cellist. SlowFlow is a mellow vinyas
 a practice that connects movement to breath in a sequence of yoga pose
 s. Expect this class to include both moments of challenging flow and l
 onger more restorative postures. This class was designed to take care 
 of the body for increased functionality and joy! The goal of this prac
 tice is to potentiate personal and communal well-being. Every class is
  designed to be accessible for all levels.\nAbout Sophie Stubbs:Cellis
 t Sophie Stubbs is an active chamber, orchestral, and freelance artist
  currently based in Colorado. She frequently performs with ensembles t
 hroughout the Denver-Boulder area and maintains a studio teaching cell
 ists of all ages.Sophie has spent several summers performing in festiv
 als around the United States, including the Icicle Creek Chamber Music
  Festival, Brevard Music Center SummerInstitute, and the Lakes Area Mu
 sic Festival. She received her master’s degree in cello performance 
 and pedagogy from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023, havingst
 udied with David Requiro. She also holds a bachelor of music degree fr
 om Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.In her free time, she loves to en
 joy the great outdoors (bird watching and dog watching), check out new
