 earl’s signature vinyasa format. This mind-body practice moves as a 
 wave, starting with a deep breathing, a grounded warm up, transitionin
 g into a flow of standing postures. Once familiar with the postures yo
 u'll flow, breath-to-movement, peaking at fun and challenging balancin
 g postures. The wave will take you into a blissful and connected cool 
 down. The intention of this practice is to remove blockages in the bod
 y and mind, opening you up to endless possibility. This class moves an
 d is taught as a truly ALL levels class.\n\nAbout Sophie Stubbs:\nCell
 ist Sophie Stubbs is an active chamber, orchestral, and freelance arti
 st currently based in Colorado. She frequently performs with ensembles
  throughout the Denver-Boulder area and maintains a studio teaching ce
 llists of all ages.\nSophie has spent several summers performing in fe
 stivals around the United States, including the Icicle Creek Chamber M
 usic Festival, Brevard Music Center SummerInstitute, and the Lakes Are
 a Music Festival. She received her master’s degree in cello performa
 nce and pedagogy from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023, havi
 ngstudied with David Requiro. She also holds a bachelor of music degre
 e from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.\nIn her free time, she loves
  to enjoy the great outdoors (bird watching and dog watching), check o
