 Flow with be accompanied by a local cellist.\n\nPearlFlow is Yoga Pear
 l’s signature vinyasa format. This mind-body practice moves as a wav
 e, starting with a deep breathing, a grounded warm up, transitioning i
 nto a flow of standing postures. Once familiar with the postures you'l
 l flow, breath-to-movement, peaking at fun and challenging balancing p
 ostures. The wave will take you into a blissful and connected cool dow
 n. The intention of this practice is to remove blockages in the body a
 nd mind, opening you up to endless possibility. This class moves and i
 s taught as a truly ALL levels class.\n\nAbout Sophie Stubbs:\nCellist
  Sophie Stubbs is an active chamber, orchestral, and freelance artist 
 currently based in Colorado. She frequently performs with ensembles th
 roughout the Denver-Boulder area and maintains a studio teaching celli
 sts of all ages.\nSophie has spent several summers performing in festi
 vals around the United States, including the Icicle Creek Chamber Musi
 c Festival, Brevard Music Center SummerInstitute, and the Lakes Area M
 usic Festival. She received her master’s degree in cello performance
  and pedagogy from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023, havings
 tudied with David Requiro. She also holds a bachelor of music degree f
 rom Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.\nIn her free time, she loves to
  enjoy the great outdoors (bird watching and dog watching), check out
