DESCRIPTION:Join Boulder Taiko HIBIKI Saturday Taiko Meditations. Our 
 Saturday Taiko Meditations are free and open to the public. Whether yo
 u are new to meditation, a lifelong student of mindfulness, or simply 
 curious about the healing powers of Taiko, you are welcome to join us 
 for an hour of mindful practices. Through sitting, walking, and drummi
 ng, we will focus our attention on mindful breathing and movement, con
 template the nature of the way-seeking mind, and explore how mindfuln
 ess meditation can be effective for managing stress, facilitating rel
 axation, and promoting optimal health and emotional well-being. Sixty 
 minute meditation is followed by a peaceful celebration of community i
 n the Taiko family tradition. Julia Misawa will answer any questions y
