 earl presents this special SlowFlow class accompanied by a local celli
 st, Sophie Stubbs.\nSlowFlow is a mellow vinyasa practice that connect
 s movement to breath in a sequence of yoga poses. Expect this class to
  include both moments of challenging flow and longer more restorative 
 postures. This class was designed to take care of the body for increas
 ed functionality and joy! The goal of this practice is to potentiate p
 ersonal and communal well-being. Every class is designed to be accessi
 ble for all levels.\nAbout Sophie Stubbs:Cellist Sophie Stubbs is an a
 ctive chamber, orchestral, and freelance artist currently based in Col
 orado. She frequently performs with ensembles throughout the Denver-Bo
 ulder area and maintains a studio teaching cellists of all ages.Sophie
  has spent several summers performing in festivals around the United S
 tates, including the Icicle Creek Chamber Music Festival, Brevard Musi
 c Center SummerInstitute, and the Lakes Area Music Festival. She recei
 ved her master’s degree in cello performance and pedagogy from the U
 niversity of Colorado Boulder in 2023, havingstudied with David Requir
 o. She also holds a bachelor of music degree from Concordia College in
  Moorhead, MN.In her free time, she loves to enjoy the great outdoors 
 (bird watching and dog watching), check out new books at the library,
