  Health in Massachusetts. Kira has studied directly with Jennifer Reis
  to bring this method of healing to a wider population.\nWe'll start w
 ith gentle, rhythmic movement to prepare the body for stillness, follo
 wed by simple breathwork to prepare the nervous system for rest. We'll
  then spend 45 minutes reclining comfortably to experience the yoga ni
 dra journey. You'll be guided through layers of consciousness peaceful
 ly before being gently returned to your fully awake state- hopefully f
