 ubofsky is a noted local judge, attorney, activist, and philanthropist

 t woman on the Colorado Supreme Court and made history again when she 
 argued and won the landmark gay rights case before the U.S. Supreme Co
 urt, overturning Colorado's Amendment 2. This prevented gays and lesbi
 ans from obtaining redress for discrimination based on sexual orientat
 ion.Jill Tietjen is the event's Keynote Speaker. sHEis author of the a
