Luckily, there are people thinking about this and working to ensure we all can opt for a greener way to go. One of these green burial enthusiasts, Professor Jane-Marie Law, was nice enough to invite us up to her cabin in New York and give them the lay of the (green burial) land and help us understand the alternatives.<br />
