A Community Falls Prevention Specialist Certification and Cancer: Thriving and Surviving leader training are being offered at the Consortium for Older Adult Wellness Academy Sept. 8-13 at the Link Recreation Center, 1295 S. Reed St. in Lakewood.
Discounts are available for early registrations and multiple organization member registrations. Leader trainings are geared toward healthcare, recreation and wellness professionals and are open to the community. CEUs are offered for all classes. Upon completion, leaders are encouraged and supported in implementing classes in their communities.
