When all is going well, it is relatively easy for the spiritual person to feel the Sacred within and to bring love and joy into the world. When riddled with anxiety and doubt, one’s faith can be shaken to the core. In this workshop, Rev. Bill Selby lays the neuroscientific grounds for anxiety’s destructiveness and gives us tools to overcome it.
