Prehistoric Child is discovered at Stonehenge buried with a Toy Hedgehog

Chris Kerns a 2001 Boulder High graduate and 2005 graduate of University of Colorado and a 2007 graudate of of the Unviersity of Manchester, UK , participated in a dig at Stonehenge in August and September 2008 lead by Dr. Joshua Pollard. Chris discovered the remains of a 3yr old child with a carved hedgehog in its hand. It is believed that this is the only prehistoric dipiction of a hedgehog from Britain and is considered a significant find. Chris is currently attending the University of Bristol, UK pursuing his doctorate degree in Western European Neolithic Archaeology.
