CU grad student in sculpture, Jennifer Bockelman, has started a Facebook page entitled Voters without Borders. This page asks the question "Who should be able to vote in the U.S. elections?" It encourages citizens of the U.S. who may not be as prepared to vote to team up with a non-citizen and vote for them by proxy. Is this any different than being swayed to vote one way or another by a U.S. citizen? Should non-citizens, who are allowed to pay taxes and serve in the military be allowed to vote as well?
