The Legacy Shockers finished their USSSA season a perfect 14 - 0 and were crowned USSSA Colorado State Champions over the 4th of July weekend. The Shockers dominated throughout the state tournament averaging 10.2 runs per game while allowing an average of just 3.8 runs per game. The Shockers out hit the Broomfield Yankees in the semi-final game winning by a score of 10 - 5. In the championship game, the Legacy Shockers simply over powered the Colorado Springs Shockers winning by a score of 15 - 3. Jake Bublitz and Ben Martinez both provided homerun blasts in the championship game to spark the Shocker's offense while the rest of the Shockers combined for 16 hits. On the mound, Brandon Bailey and the Shocker's defense dominated allowing just 1 earned run 6 hits and only 1 walk. Congratulations to the Legacy Shockers on an amazing season
