Golden West Hires New Dining Services Director

Golden West named Andy Lafflam, of Morrison Senior Dining, the director of dining services for the senior living campus.
Lafflam has worked in the foodservice and hospitality field for more than 15 years. He graduated from the California School of Culinary Arts, a Le Cordon Bleu School, with a degree in Culinary Arts and Sciences. Lafflam has worked with some of the top chefs in the world and his resume includes The Four Seasons Beverly Hills, The Los Angeles Biltmore, and The Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel. He brings the Golden West kitchen a wealth of knowledge, expertise and love for all things culinary.
