Boulder County Care Connect (BCCC) is proud to announce a new partnership with the Center for People with Disabilities (CPWD) in Longmont. BCCC has served the Longmont, Boulder, and Broomfield communities for 40 years. The new Longmont office location within CPWD will help develop a stronger partnership to meet the growing need for services for seniors and adults with disabilities. “We’re excited to work side-by-side with CPWD,” says Emily Ditty, Executive Director of Boulder County CareConnect. “Longmont clients and volunteers are now better able to take advantage of shared resources, information, and referrals between the two organizations.”

The new office is located at 615 Main Street and will be staffed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 1pm to 4pm. Any organization or service club in the city of Longmont desiring an outreach presentation by BCCC staff, please call (303) 443-1933.

BCCC is a non-profit organization celebrating 40 years of promoting the security, comfort, and independence of seniors and adults with disabilities. BCCC volunteers provide access to transportation, nutrition, and home maintenance while alleviating isolation for seniors and adults with disabilities.
