Boulder teenager selling stickers to raise money for social justice

Boulder teen, Annika Aumentado, 14, started her own sticker business back in April when she received a Cricut maker for her middle school graduation. She started off by creating and selling stickers designs based on her own colorful artwork.

When the Black Lives Matter movement gained momentum with the death of George Floyd, she and her family attended several protests and marches in Denver to support the movement. Annika was moved to start creating stickers that reflected her deep belief in the cause. She has since created several different variations, including a new one honoring Congressman John Lewis' philosophy of "Good Trouble". She is donating 100% of the proceeds from her Black Lives Matter stickers to Color of Change, a nonprofit organization dedicated to social justice.

You can view and purchase Annika's stickers on her etsy shop.
