Caring for Colorado Awards CareConnect $20,000
The Caring for Colorado Foundation has awarded Boulder County CareConnect a $20,000 grant to support the Medical Mobility volunteer driver program. Support from Caring for Colorado will help CareConnect provide 5,000 escorted medical rides for seniors and adults with disabilities in Boulder County by July 31, 2012.
