Exercise decreases stress levels, depression and anxiety. Virtually any form of exercise can decrease the production of stress hormones and pumps up “feel-good” endorphins, counteracting your body's natural stress response. Regular exercise can also increase self-confidence and lower the symptoms associated with mild depression and anxiety, enabling you with a stronger sense of command over your body and your life.
