Erie Winterfest 2008 at your library

In conjunction with the Erie Rotary's Winterfest 2008, the Erie Community Library, 400 Powers St, will be offering the following events on Saturday, December 6: Erie resident and author Tedd Taskey will read his brand-new release "Eddie & Edna" along with some of his favorite winter stories from 11-11:45 am; Erie High School’s coed a capella group, CR-5, will perform from 12:00 – 12:30 pm; "The Polar Express" will be shown at 12:00 pm and "The Mighty Ducks" will follow at 2 pm; there will be Wii wintersports in the teen area; children will be able to have their photos taken with Santa from 10 am – 2pm, and there will be snacks and hot chocolate for all.
