Flood Relief: Free Healing Sessions & Energy Yoga and Meditation classes

How have you been affected by the floods?

With our sincere hope for our community to regain strength, we would like to offer our healing services for free to anyone who has been displaced, feels shaken by the recent events, or has a friend, family member, or neighbor who could use an opportunity to feel more at ease.

We will offer free 30-minute one-on-one energy healing sessions by appointment, and host free energy healing classes, which anyone can participate in. Through a session or class you can move energy in your body in order to sleep and breathe better, gain emotional stability, and reduce overall stress.

Free individual 30-minute healing sessions are located at Chakra Healing Arts Center, 6684 Gunpark Drive, Suite 100, and include checking body-mind coordination and stress levels, and combine acupressure, massage, and energy healing based on an individual’s needs.

Free classes include: circulation exercises, breathing, stretching, relaxation, and moving meditation. Anyone can drop in to our free classes anytime; all health conditions are welcome. They are held at: Valmont Community Church, 3262 61rst Street, on Wednesdays from 9:00-10:15 am and Thursdays from 7:00-8:00 am, the Unity Columbine Spiritual Center, 8900 Arapahoe Road, on Tuesdays from 9:00-10:15 am, and Chakra Healing Arts Center, 6684 Gunpark Drive, Suite 100, in Boulder, on Fridays from 9:00-10:15 am and 2:00-3:15 pm.
