Adults of all fitness levels will be challenged with outdoor activities such as circuit training, obstacle courses, trail days and more. Each session includes a fitness assessment, body composition test, weekly nutrition, and training tips. Small groups of 10 or less will achieve levels of fitness and vitality you previously thought were unreachable. 5 week sessions begin May 11.
