Golden West named Margie Freedman resident services coordinator for its independent senior apartment communities, The Towers and Flatirons Terrace. Freedman will provide resource support to residents and their families and assist with everything from local referrals for services to financial information, including local, state and federal funding sources.
Freedman moved to Colorado from New York in 1975. She has worked with non-profits for the past 20 years. She serves on the Advisory Committee for Project Hope and previously volunteered with Community Table and on several non-profit Boards and Advisory Committees.
Freedman has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Psychology from Syracuse University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
