Jeff Penner College Graduation

Jeffrey Penner, a 2008 Boulder High School graduate and Eagle Scout with Boulder Elks Troop 77, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas, Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry.  Jeff will attend the University of Texas, Health Sciences Center, San Antonio Dental School starting in July
