Local Carpet Network owners honored

Loveland Carpet Network Owners Recognized at
Company’s Annual National Convention

Owners, Scott and Monica Graham, honored with several awards
for their growing business

Owners of the NoCo-based franchise Carpet Network, Scott and Monica Graham, were recently recognized and honored with several awards at the company’s 2009 Carpet Network National Convention in San Antonio. Carpet Network is a nationally recognized company providing at-home and in-office services allowing consumers to select the perfect floor and window coverings for their environment.

The Grahams received four awards highlighting their excellence in customer service and business sales, including the $100,000 Club Award, the Outstanding Ceramic Sales Award, the Overall Sales Volume Award and the Customer Satisfaction Award.

“We were thrilled to present these awards to Scott and Monica for the hard work and commitment to the Carpet Network philosophy they have demonstrated this past year,” said Leonard Rankin, CEO and founder of Carpet Network.

In addition to the Graham’s prestigious awards, Scott Graham was recently elected as chairman for the company's Franchise Advisory Council. Within the last year, the company has grown significantly, adding three staff members, including Office Manager Kandice Muckley and Commercial Sales Specialists Keith Lacey and Carla McCubbins. The Grahams now have a staff of seven and several new business contracts with government housing entities, property management agencies and school districts in northern Colorado and Wyoming.
