Longmont Grocery Program Has New Delivery Day

Starting in March 2011, CareConnect's Carry-Out Caravan grocery shopping and delivery program in Longmont will be delivering groceries on Thursdays instead of on Wednesdays. In order to allow clients to shop from the weekly Safeway sales ads that come out on Wednesday, and for volunteers to shop for the growing number of orders each week, orders can be placed on Wednesdays from 9am-4pm and groceries will now be delivered on Thursdays.

Carry-Out Caravan volunteers shop for and deliver groceries each week for seniors and adults with disabilities. If you or someone you know is in need of help getting groceries and personal items, CareConnect can help! You are responsible for the cost of the groceries, but the service is free. Quest cards are accepted.
