Bill Davis and his crew can move anything.  They can move the Dark Horse in one piece, just as it sits.  Everything that is attached to the ceilings and to each other are secured so that nothing falls.  There is no reason to demolish the Dark Horse.  IT CAN BE MOVED IN ONE PIECE AND RELOCATED SOMEWHERE ELSE, or even on the same property.  It does NOT need to be torn down.  They cannot "duplicate" that somewhere else.  It is the building and its contents that is "the Dark Horse".
