The Garcia family first opened AJUUA MEXICAN RESTAURANT in 1998 in Boulder, Colorado.  Representing a flavor of Mexico that made them successful in Washington state for over twenty years, Ajuua Mexican restaurants has grown to multiple locations throughout Colorado.  Each location is run by a member of the Garcia family!

Our Niwot location has recently been renamed and remodeled to fit the vision of owners, Steve and Yolanda Garcia. Staying true to the roots and strong foundation that is AJUUA, RAZA FRESA will continue to serve the same great authentic food that has gotten us to where we are today, along with some new Latin favorites!
