Loveland, Colo. -- Ann Clarke, CEO and founder of Colorado Women of Influence, and Joan King, Master Certified Coach and author of Cellular Wisdom, are pleased to announce the availability of scholarships for select applicants for their April 23rd mini-retreat, "Beyond Success to Greatness," along with a special gift for those who register by Monday, April 20.
The event will be from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Garden Room, 697 Denver Avenue in Loveland. Registrants who sign up by April 20 will receive a free copy of Joan's latest book, ""Cellular Wisdom for Women: An Inner Work Book." Scholarships are also available, and anyone can nominate someone for consideration by sending information to Dr. King at joanking@beyond-success.com.
"Because of the response we have received for Beyond Success to Greatness, we are proud to announce we have up to 10 scholarships available for tuition for this mini-retreat," notes King. "Applicants will be asked to pay $35 to cover registration and materials, and selected recipients will receive confirmation of their scholarship prior to the event."

The mini-retreat will take place Thursday, April 23, 2009 at The Garden Room in Loveland, Colorado, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The cost is $99 per person. Attendees may also register in advance for an optional lunch with one of the participating coaches from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. for an additional $20. Ann Clarke
Ann is the owner of GR8 Ideas at Work, LLC, and recently founded Colorado Women of Influence, LLC to create a community of support for Northern Colorado women in business. She previously founded the Northern Front Range and Greeley Chapters of eWomenNetwork and was their executive director for four years. She works as a personal mentor to both men and women, helping them take their businesses to new levels. Joan King
Joan King has led a rewarding life, blending faith, personal experience and science into a life-long quest for learning. The death of her father when she was just 10 changed her from a carefree child to a serious young woman trying to understand the deepest layers of life. She studied philosophy and theology in a Dominican convent for 11 years, until she came to the realization that for her, "religious answers were not enough." She then looked to science as she earned Ph.D.s in Neurosciences and Psychology from Tulane University. For 20 years she was a professor and neuroscience researcher at Tufts University Schools of Medicine in Boston, MA, where she also served as chair of the Department of Anatomy and Cellular Biology and Director of a multi-campus research center.
Her quest for learning continued when she left the academic world. In 1998, she founded Beyond Success, LLC, her certified professional/personal coaching business, in Massachusetts, and moved to Colorado in 2003. Her goal is to assist others in the same process of self-examination, self-reflection and self-actualization that she experienced in her own life and career. In 2004 she published Cellular Wisdom, which links personal exploration with the science of the body and guides readers on a comprehensive journey toward discovering their authentic, essential beings.
